Senior Machine Learning Engineer

At Bearsoft, we're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with solid experience in Big Data, Cloud (Azure), and production Machine Learning.

💼 What will you do in this role?

• Design and scale machine learning models in production, with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Develop robust and automated data pipelines using tools such as Airflow and Databricks.
• Implement solutions in cloud environments (Azure), collaborating with product, data science, and development teams.
• Apply MLOps principles, including monitoring, model versioning, and lifecycle automation.

🧠 Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles (ML Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Engineer).
• Advanced experience in Python, Spark, SQL, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLflow.
• Proficiency in Airflow, Azure, and Databricks (prerequisite).
• Knowledge of best practices in CI/CD, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Advanced English (C1+), strong communication skills, and the ability to work in collaborative environments.
