You are an experienced graphic and web designer who wants to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment where user experience and client happiness are your guiding light.

What you'll be doing …

• Lead the design and execution of branding, website, and digital marketing projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals, target audience, and branding requirements.
• Create visually compelling graphics, UI/UX designs, and web layouts that align with brand guidelines.
• Design and maintain responsive websites with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
• Develop digital assets such as social media graphics, email templates, infographics, and presentations.
• Work independently to project completion on more basic web design projects with platforms such as Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, etc.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and web design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, UI/UX, and responsive web design.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
• Experience with front-end design principles, HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow (coding knowledge is a plus but not required).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to translate business objectives into visually compelling and user-friendly designs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field preferred.
• More junior candidates might be considered, with exception CL and Portfolio.
