What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute influencer marketing strategies across our roster of beauty and wellness clients.
- Drive paid influencer campaigns from concept to execution, including KPI setting, talent identification, contract negotiation, and performance analysis.
- Develop and manage organic influencer programming that aligns with brand goals, ensuring authentic and ongoing engagement.
- Stay ahead of beauty trends, emerging influencers, and industry shifts to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring seamless collaboration and impactful content.
- Manage campaign logistics, including influencer vetting, onboarding, contracts, and deliverables.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and influencers, ensuring campaigns are strategic, mutually beneficial, and results-driven.
- Utilize influencer management and measurement tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading both paid and organic influencer campaigns, ideally within the beauty or lifestyle space.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
- Strong communication skills—whether it’s crafting compelling pitches, presenting strategies, or solving challenges.
- Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience using influencer identification and performance-tracking tools.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple clients and campaigns with ease.
- A true team player who collaborates well across all levels.
