Zia Tech is looking for Graphic Designer

Job Description / Responsibility

• Concept Development: Study design briefs, determine requirements, and conceptualize visuals based on project goals.
• Asset Creation: Design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media, marketing collateral, presentations, and product packaging.
• Branding & Consistency: Ensure all visual designs align with established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across all channels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and creative directors to produce final, high-quality designs.
• Revisions & Formatting: Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and execute necessary edits based on stakeholder feedback. Finalize print-ready or web-optimized files.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• A Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is typically required, alongside a strong professional portfolio showcasing diverse design samples.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shop/Showroom

Additional Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard software like the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and prototyping tools.
• Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Soft Skills: Excellent time management, ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines, and strong communication skills to present design rationales.
