Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating data-driven campaigns, SEO, content marketing, and paid media, along with a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends. Additionally, familiarity with technical knowledge and experience working with US clients will be considered a plus.
Location: Remote (Work From Anywhere)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, social media) to meet business objectives.
- SEO Management: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates. Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to build a content strategy that engages the target audience and aligns with SEO goals. Oversee the creation and distribution of blog posts, videos, and other content types.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and display networks. Monitor and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting for maximum ROI.
- Email Marketing: Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows, to engage leads and nurture customer relationships.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to optimize campaigns. Report on KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, market trends research, and customer segmentation to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with US Clients: Work directly with US-based clients, understanding their specific needs and adapting strategies to meet the expectations and business goals of the US market.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional certifications (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) are a plus.

Additional Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution across multiple channels. Experience working with US clients is a plus.
- Skills:
- SEO Expertise: Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- PPC Campaign Management: Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other data analysis tools to measure, track, and report campaign performance.
- Content Strategy: Experience developing and optimizing content marketing strategies for blogs, videos, and social media.
- Email Marketing: Experience with platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo for email campaign management and automation.
- Social Media Management: Proficiency in social media platforms and tools to build strategies and measure engagement.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Technical Knowledge (Optional): Familiarity with technical concepts in web development, e-commerce, or SaaS marketing is a plus.
