Job Context
JSK Group, a reputed and rapidly expanding organization with multi-sector operations in healthcare, diagnostics, and passenger transport, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Expert. The ideal candidate will plan, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across all JSK business units to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer reach both locally and internationally.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for all JSK brands.
- Manage social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) campaigns and content calendars.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Oversee and maintain the company’s websites and online presence, ensuring up-to-date and SEO-friendly content.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop engaging visuals, videos, and promotional materials.
- Analyze web and social media analytics to measure campaign performance and user engagement.
- Implement strategies for lead generation, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor and report on emerging trends in digital marketing and competitors’ activities.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation flows.
- Collaborate with business units (Hospital, Diagnostics, Sara Express, GCC) for targeted campaigns.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Social Media Marketing will be preferred.
- Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), SEO and Digital Marketing
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): mHospital,Travel Agent,Diagnostic Centre,Clinic
Additional Requirements
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and creative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Must be capable of handling multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Bangla and English.
