Description
The primary responsibilities for the Marketing Manager are to effectively develop go-to-market strategies and marketing programs to meet the company’s business objectives. The role will oversee internal and external resources to ensure execution on strategies and programs. On a regular basis this person will evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and continuously adjust efforts for improved results. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support through the stages of the sales funnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology partners to coordinate marketing initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and integrating co-marketing resources within BCS campaigns.
- Supervise the Marketing Specialist in campaign implementation, social media management, SharePoint content uploads, and internal communications.
- Identify and engage industry associations to elevate BCS visibility; oversee participation and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and guide marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with organizational objectives, mapping and supervising all campaign components.
- Manage website enhancements to ensure timely updates and alignment with corporate goals.
- Enforce brand and communication standards across departments, products, sales collateral, and digital platforms.
- Optimize the utilization of social media channels and ensure effective content dissemination.
- Organize and manage events for clients and prospective customers.
- Analyze and provide reports on marketing return on investment (ROI).
- Cultivate relationships with industry publications, consultants, and influencers to maintain consistent messaging.
- Support coordination between sales and marketing through initiatives that complement sales processes.
- Oversee the development of sales tools and content, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply marketing best practices to maximize exposure across multiple channels.
- Direct maintenance of the Marketing section on SharePoint, ensuring resources remain updated.
- Foster referral and strategic partnerships by designing programs that integrate BCS activities.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of technology offerings relative to customer requirements.
- Document all relevant internal processes and procedures.
- Develop and own annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company revenue targets, growth verticals, and competitive positioning.
- Build and manage the marketing budget, including vendor contracts, platform subscriptions, event expenditures, paid media, and agency or contractor fees.
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to measure performance across campaigns, channels, lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Create and oversee email workflows, nurture sequences, and automated campaigns.
- Lead SEO/AEO strategy, incorporating keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content planning to enhance organic search performance.
- Guide content strategy and creation across formats such as blog posts, articles, case studies, testimonials, video scripts, webinar materials, whitepapers, and infographics.
- Write and manage email outreach sequences for prospecting and follow-up communication.
- Plan, promote, and execute webinars and virtual events comprehensively, including speaker coordination, registration, promotional efforts, and post-event follow-up.
- Administer company participation at industry conferences, trade shows, and sponsored events, overseeing booth logistics, sponsorship obligations, and lead capture.
- Manage partner co-marketing relationships and MDF (Market Development Funds) programs, including submitting requests, tracking usage, and ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate joint marketing activities with technology partners and vendors, including co-branded campaigns, partner events, and lead sharing.
