We’ve partnered with a PE-backed home improvement solutions company on their search for a Marketing Director focused on Demand Generation.

This is a high-impact role responsible for building and scaling a multi-channel demand engine to deliver qualified RFPs and drive consistent pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven background in B2B demand generation, deep expertise in AI-powered marketing tools, and experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy focused on driving high-quality RFPs for the PM team.
  • Align efforts to support an ACV of $30,000 and a target of 2,000+ RFPs per month, with 50% quarter-over-quarter growth.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of lead generation campaigns across a variety of channels
  • Design, test, and optimize targeted email campaigns—including nurture sequences and cold outreach—using AI-driven personalization and segmentation.
  • Manage ROI-focused campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn to drive lead quality and volume.
  • Leverage both organic and paid strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) to boost engagement and capture leads.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools—such as predictive analytics, intent data, chatbots, and personalization platforms—to enhance targeting, optimize campaign performance, and increase conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff, track lead-to-opportunity conversion, and refine strategies to improve pipeline quality and velocity.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to deliver insights, optimize performance, and track ROI and attribution.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a lean demand generation team.
  • Oversee the demand generation budget to ensure effective allocation and maintain best-in-class cost per lead (CPL) across channels.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience owning the demand generation function in a B2B SMB environment
  • Proven success supporting $50M+ revenue scale and delivering 2,000+ SQLs/month.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, AI marketing tools, and paid media.
  • Strong content, messaging, and campaign execution skills.
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with excellent project and team management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
