The GenAI Social team is looking for a talented Social Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The GenAI Social Product Marketing role is responsible for developing and executing on marketing initiatives across social, collaborating with teams on large scale campaigns, building relationships with key external stakeholders, and keeping track of multiple projects and deadlines.
Minimum qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in social, product or brand marketing for tech or consumer brands
• Proven experience managing social marketing for a tech organization or brand
• In-depth experience in landing successful product value propositions with clear brand POV
• Demonstrated track record of leading successful go-to-market campaigns on social and driving results
• Strong understanding of social media audiences and how to effectively engage with them
• Ability to connect brand & business agenda and come up with bold/innovative ideas for social/brand marketing
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute on marketing strategies across our AI social channels (Facebook & Instagram), ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
• Work closely with campaign partners and teams to align social media, brand and product marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximized impact.
• Support and integrate product initiatives with social media campaigns and drive awareness and adoption.
• Identify trends on social and regularly recommend opportunities to leverage trends that amplify brand messaging or drive product connection.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key external and internal partners, including creators, communications and product marketing leads.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and reflect latest updates.
• Create and curate high-quality content for social media and brand marketing initiatives, including written posts, visuals, and videos.
• Support social media manager with content calendar development, editorial schedule, and engagement monitoring and responses.
• Support operations manager with tracking and analyzing performance metrics for GTM and ongoing marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for future moments.
• Ensure all social marketing efforts align with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity.
Preferred qualifications
• Social/product marketing experience in tech
• Experience working with media and creative agencies.
