Things that can help:
We are a product design consultancy, a growth partner to client, and an incubator of new experiences. We create products that hide their technological prowess, evoke delight, and demonstrate simplicity and value.
We approach technology from a human perspective—where it can add value, and how it can positively affect the human experience. We’re designing for a future people want to live in.
Our industry, design, and technical expertise allow us to provide thoughtful critiques of the world as it is today and where it’s headed. We work with clients with whom our contribution will have a material impact on the success of the company and the world around us. It is our greatest satisfaction to see our work in the market, making a difference in people’s lives.
About our ideal candidate:
We are looking for an Interaction Designer who thrives on challenging multi-dimensional projects. Someone who can see the bigger vision of a suite of applications and sweats the details of each micro interaction. Someone who can clearly convey their work to teams and clients alike.
Designers here work directly with end-users, client-side teams, third-party developers, in-house designers, creative technologists, and program managers. Our ideal candidates are inspired by the world around them, new ways of approaching design solutions, and thrive on the challenge of design.
Role and responsibilities:
About you:
You have 5 to 7 years’ experience as a professional UX designer.
You have a portfolio full of smart approaches to interaction design in a variety of digital applications, which clearly show your process, design utility, and ease of use.
You are passionate about design and constantly seeking to expand your knowledge, grow your skills, and find new ways to create, produce, and deliver interaction design solutions.
You are a dynamic, visually oriented, and tech-savvy problem solver who comes highly recommended by your past collaborators.
You have real empathy and respect for your audience of end-users as demonstrated by your sensitivity to emotion and storytelling.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
