Pay Range: $45 - $55/hr

Position Overview:
Client is looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to create impactful marketing materials that drive sales enablement and strengthen corporate communications. This role demands expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and PowerPoint. The creative team produces a variety of materials, including sales and corporate presentations, digital ads, eBooks, white papers, and infographics. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with precision to ensure visually compelling and error-free designs. Senior Graphic Designers work closely with our copywriters to align visuals with messaging. While experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, success in this role requires a collaborative mindset to align design work with Gainwell’s key audiences—Medicaid directors, state legislative leaders, and government decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Enablement Collateral (40%)
Design compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex solutions.
Develop graphics that highlight solutions and support field marketing, account based marketing, and sales teams.
Ensure all materials are aligned with Client’s brand standards while maintaining clarity.
2. Campaign & Digital Content Creation (30%)
Design engaging digital ads, social media visuals, eBooks, white papers, and infographics that enhance thought leadership and demand generation campaigns.
Develop visual storytelling elements that simplify complex healthcare and technology topics for government audiences.
3. Internal Communications (20%)
Internal and executive presentations.
Employe engagement material.
Email graphics and templates.
Required Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in graphic design for B2B or B2C marketing in-house, ad agency, or design firm.
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
Experience designing sales collateral, solution graphics, and marketing content for complex business audiences.
Ability to understand business and technical concepts and translate them into engaging visual content.
Strong eye for detail to ensure error-free, high-quality designs with attention to typography, layout, and branding.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for healthcare, public sector, or enterprise technology companies.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) for designing email and ad templates.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles for designing visually engaging digital assets.
