Job Title: Project Management - Project Manager II
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to join our team as an In-Product Marketing Project Manager. In this contract role, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of international product marketing campaigns in products. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure the successful execution, scaling, and reporting of campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the development of and execute marketing campaigns in products with cross-functional teams, including international marketers, creative and analytics.
• Create detailed timelines and processes to scale the creation of product marketing campaigns.
• Manage the operational aspects of campaign execution, including technical setup and testing.
• Analyze marketing objectives and execution requirements to clarify resource needs and feasibility of campaigns.
• Develop and document a scalable in-product marketing campaign process for international marketing teams.
• Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to inform strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.
Skills:
• 3+ years of project in project management or marketing operations
• 2+ years of experience with technical setup and testing of digital marketing campaigns
• Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple cross-functional teams and time zones
• Experience working strategically as well as in an executional capacity to build and scale digital campaigns
• Expertise in A/B testing and lift measurement
• Experience working with teams to develop and improve operational systems and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and project management skills
Education/Experience:
• Product management, technical program/project management, or software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or marketing field
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
Proven experience working with multiple complex campaigns at one time
Experience with process improvement 3 Excellent written communications; clear concise and responsive
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience with similar companies i.e companies running cross platform campaigns (think YouTube ads on google)
Previous technical experience
