Marketing & Sales - Growth Marketing Analyst V
Summary :
We are looking for a seasoned Growth Consultant who will work with our top developers to offer acquisition consulting services to grow their titles on our platform.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies focused on user acquisition, activation and early retention.
Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and robust referral programs to attract new players.
Strategically leverage user-generated content (UGC) as a scalable engine for content and retention, providing accessible creation tools and monetization pathways for creators
Identify and leverage VR's unique "experiential virality" by designing for "wow moments" and shareable content
Align with internal audience strategies and VR gamer segments with tailored content and marketing messages
Identify and track key metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), retention rates (Day 1, Day 7, Day 30) for individual campaigns.
Lead rapid experimentation and A/B testing across the customer journey to validate assumptions and identify the most effective growth tactics.
Partner closely with internal Product, Data Science, Eng teams to leverage and test internal tools to execute growth experiments and campaigns.
Leverage experience with individual titles to build a playbook that can scale to a larger developer community across existing channels.
Stay abreast of VR market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify new channels and opportunities for growth
Champion a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement and iteration
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product management or user acquisition roles with a track record of wins in SaaS products
Hands-on experience with online data analytics platforms, A/B testing frameworks and behavioral tracking tools to monitor performance and optimize strategies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative, unconventional, and "out-of-the-box" strategies to tackle unforeseen problems and identify new growth channels, especially in nascent or unexplored markets.
Deep understanding of what drives user engagement, motivation, and loyalty, including elements like competition, social recognition, and personal achievement.
Experience with user-generated content (UGC) platforms and creator economies.
Experience working and influencing effectively cross-functionally and building relationships across teams, including with people outside the direct reporting chain
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building digital economies, designing systems and/or monetization models in high profile gaming titles/franchises
A technical background in programming, scripting, or marketing automation is a significant plus, enabling a deeper understanding of technical implementations and the ability to automate growth processes
Experience working in fast paced, ambiguous environments and successfully executing against strategic goals
Proven communication skills, both internally and with partners translating insight into content, create slides or written presentations, & create overall communication plans
Games industry experience
Mobile Gaming or AR/VR experience
MUST HAVE SKILLS
Social channel growth hacking , community, medica, content driven marketing channels – social campaigns , user driven
Analytics – good understanding when to stop something and move to the next
Point to examples to initiatives they have taken and what the impact – measurable impact of those campaigns
Being in tune with what works today in the market
Product management or user acquisition
Growth marketing
Familiarity with tools like Sprout social, HOotSUIT
GOOD TO HAVE
Mobile app experience
Point to specific things they have done – game owned – owning project/ running with it/ defining the project
