Pay Rate : $45/hr on w2

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in web design and digital media to join our creative team. In this role, you will bring cloud campaign strategies to life through compelling and effective visual experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters and Associate Creative Directors (ACDs) to craft engaging, high-impact assets across both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital ads and full web pages from concept to execution
• Create high-quality print collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and sales materials
• Collaborate with internal teams on cloud-related campaigns, ensuring brand consistency
• Contribute creative input on websites and microsites, providing ideas for UX and visual improvements
• Design executive presentations, trade show graphics, and technical illustrations
• Produce visually compelling forms and templates, optimizing for both print and digital formats
• Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ensure final deliverables meet web standards for image optimization, file size, and accessibility

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of hands-on design experience, with a strong portfolio across digital and print
• Formal education in Graphic Design, UI Design, or a related field
• Proven ability to develop original design concepts and follow them through to final production
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Experience with digital design best practices, including responsive layouts and image optimization
• Solid understanding of printing processes and terminology
• Prior agency or in-house creative team experience highly preferred
• Must have a strong online portfolio showcasing relevant web and print work

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting B2B or cloud marketing campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals
