Position Title: Game Designer IV
Location: Remote – West Coast Preferred but not required

Job Type: Contract – [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]
Pay Range: $75.73/hr-$80.48/hr

About Supernatural
The Supernatural team is looking for a thoughtful and systems-oriented Game Designer to help reinvent how people experience fitness through Mixed Reality. You’ll design engaging game systems and progression mechanics that motivate and reward members across their fitness journey. From core progression structures to reward loops, your work will power a sense of momentum and delight. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical—passionate about game design as a discipline, excited by metrics and systems, and inspired by helping people grow stronger, healthier, and more confident through play.
About the Role
We are seeking a subject matter expert in game design who can educate the team and confidently handle probing questions from leadership. The candidate who made it to the final round previously was rejected for being “too junior.” This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead, innovate, and contribute thought leadership.
