Data Scientist

Seeking for highly experienced and results-driven Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of data analytics, statistical modeling, and data storytelling to drive meaningful business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to define goals, develop predictive models, and translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in large datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define OKRs and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and implement predictive models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) to support data-driven strategies.
• Create engaging and insightful data visualizations and dashboards that tell a compelling story for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct research and experimentation, formulating and testing hypotheses to solve complex business problems.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly, prioritizing actions with measurable business impact.
• Design and execute basic forecasting models, continuously refining them based on real-world performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in solving analytical problems using quantitative methods.
• Strong experience with data querying (SQL), programming (Python/R), and statistical modeling techniques.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and performance optimization of models.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
