About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and editorially-driven Editorial Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of AI-related content marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for a highly organized storyteller with a passion for emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence, who can transform complex concepts into compelling narratives that engage technical and business audiences alike. This is an excellent hands on opportunity for someone who thrives in a start up environment and has a desire to grow with new product initiatives.
You will be the face of BCCs AI Content and will facilitate live and webinar events. You’ll work closely with product marketing, subject matter experts (SMEs), designers, and growth teams to position our brand as a thought leader in the AI space while driving measurable results through content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Editorial Execution:
- Execute an AI editorial calendar aligned with product launches, campaign objectives, and market trends.
- Collaborate with business leaders on business priorities and market insights to translate into high-impact content strategies.
- Content Development & Oversight:
- Manage the creation of long-form and short-form content such as whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with internal writers and freelance contributors to ensure technical accuracy and brand voice consistency.
- Edit and proofread content to a high editorial standard with a focus on clarity, impact, and SEO.
- Thought Leadership & Messaging:
- Coordinate with business leaders, AI researchers, and product teams to distill complex topics into thought leadership articles and trend pieces.
- Elevate the brand’s voice in the AI industry through content that addresses ethics, innovation, use cases, and business impact.
- Performance & Optimization:
- Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) and make data-driven recommendations to improve future initiatives.
- Conduct SEO research and AI optimization to guide content creation and ensure maximum visibility.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with business leadership, design, growth, and product teams to deliver cohesive content experiences across platforms and channels.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and messaging frameworks.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of editorial/content marketing experience
- Preferably some experience in B2B tech or AI-related industries.
- Proven experience managing editorial calendars and leading content planning.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in organizing webinars or other live events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for AI, data science, and emerging technologies is a must.
- Must be willing to occasionally work US Hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
