Job Title: UX Program Manager
Location: Remote (PST Hours)
Job Type: Contract (12 months+)
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery for UX Design priorities, including project tracking, workback scheduling and governance, and roadmap updates.
- Partner with pillar leads to execute on deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to top-down directives.
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs, moving between different operational focus areas as required by client leadership.
- Communicate program and UX updates clearly to stakeholders and route information efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior partners to achieve the organization’s OKRs Identify process inefficiencies in your rotation areas and propose lightweight, scalable solutions.
- Establish and refine processes to promote velocity and ensure compliance with the team and Company’s policies and goals
- Work in an agile environment, collaborating and strategizing with UX Designers, Content Designers, Researchers, fellow Program Managers and PMs on UX Design programs
- Drive cross-functional alignment and collaborate with partners to ensure UX Design assets meet standards and requirements for development
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6-8 years of experience in UX or design program management Experience with UX Design principles and delivering end-to-end UX programs
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
