Senior UX Designer – Discovery & Personalization:

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the Discovery & Personalization team. In this role, you will design and develop internal tools to streamline workflows and enhance the customer browsing and discovery experience. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to build user-centered, scalable solutions that balance business, technical, and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end product experiences, from problem identification to final implementation.
• Develop user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and Hi-Fi designs.
• Leverage data and user research to inform design decisions.
• Work on complex, interconnected features that shape our user experience.
• Present ideas effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in UX, interaction, or product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile, and desktop application design.
• Expertise in human-cantered design and design thinking.
• Ability to collaborate and deliver scalable frameworks and strategies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
