🚀 Software Engineer – Backend (Kotlin | AWS | Platform Engineering)

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer (Backend) to join our AI and Platform Engineering group. This is a high-impact role working on Tier 1 backend services, critical to operational reliability, scalability, and performance at enterprise scale.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to platform engineering backend projects including operations uplift and migration initiatives.
• Dive deep into existing codebase, improve monitoring, alerting, test coverage, and reliability.
• Participate in daily standups and weekly squad discussions to define goals and deliver outcomes.
• Proactively perform autonomous investigations and deliver solutions while collaborating with senior engineers.
• Ensure backend services meet the highest standards of availability, performance, and reliability.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 8–10 years in backend/platform engineering.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Top Tech Skills:

1. Kotlin (must have)
2. AWS Cloud (must have)
3. Operational & reliability engineering skills

• Nice to Have: Kubernetes, advanced monitoring/alerting experience.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail.
