Role: Marketing Coordinator

Pay Rate: $30-$35/Hr. W2
What You’ll Do:
Support Security Marketing leaders in meeting webcast campaign objectives, focused on virtual events, both live and on-demand.
Host and execute measurable webcasts, webinars, and live demos that drive pipeline across Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.
Oversee webinar logistics, including scheduling, speaker coordination, technical setup, and attendee registration, day-of running, and reporting.
Optimize landing pages, registration forms, and emails to maximize conversions and increase attendee registration rates.
Work closely with the marketing operations team to project manage the creation and tracking of campaign requests and deliveries in our automation systems.
Support campaign leads in account-based marketing activities with strong promotional materials that resonate to our audience and drive registrants, attendees, and on-demand consumption.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or another related field.
3-4 years’ experience in marketing or operations roles, with hands-on experience in common CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce, etc.).
Knowledge and hands-on experience in webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex, GoToWebinar) and familiarity with webinar best practices.
Ability to support webinar execution outside of US working hours, including early mornings and late nights, as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling webinar content and promotional materials.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
