Role: Marketing Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote
Rate: $50/hr on W2

You’ll be joining *** Security Marketing, one of the fastest-moving teams in the company. This role reports into the Marketing Manager, XDR and sits within the Lighthouse 360 team —a highly collaborative and high-performing team dedicated to delivering world-class product marketing and demand generation. We partner across the business with agencies, sellers, and campaign leads to build momentum and measurable success.
What You Will Do
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, digital programs, content, webinars, workshops, and events.
- Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to build and launch email programs, landing pages, and sales collateral.
- Manage timelines, review assets, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
- Track budgets, monitor deliverables, and ensure on-time, in-scope project execution.
- Coordinate sales enablement efforts and assist in aligning marketing activities with sales needs.
- Update internal documentation and maintain team workspaces and campaign trackers.
- Analyze performance data, compile reports, and extract insights to improve future activations.
- Contribute to brainstorming, content reviews, creative feedback cycles, and team operations.
- Act as a connector—bringing together people, tools, and resources to drive successful execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or campaign execution role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to logically plan, set priorities, identify, and resolve problems producing measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to self-manage in a remote, fast-paced, global environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and project tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or within large tech companies or marketing agencies (Former *** experience is welcome).
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing, cybersecurity, or demand generation.
- Proficiency with tools like Workfront, Salesforce, Eloqua, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Previous experience supporting product marketing teams or sales enablement.
