Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Deliver complex creative assets ensuring high quality and brand compliance.
• Manage end‑to‑end collaboration with global stakeholders, including requirements clarification and feedback management.
• Perform advanced quality reviews and adapt materials delivered by external agencies.
• Act as trainer and enabler, supporting onboarding and upskilling of team members.
• Champion AI‑supported creative solutions and video/animation best practices.
• Own and continuously improve selected creative processes at GBS level, driving innovation and standardization.
• Support leadership with operational topics, reporting, and KPI‑related activities.
• Act as a back‑up for team leadership when required.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Public Relations, or related careers.
• 4 – 5 of experience in Graphic Design, Advertising, Public Relations or related areas.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical industries (Desirable).
• Experience with AI image, video, and audio generation tools, Canva, CMS and content tools (eWizard, Website Factory).
• Proven experience in video, animation, or motion design.
• Experience working in international or global team environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced visual design expertise across digital and print channels.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
