We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to design, write, and manage high-converting cannabis email campaigns across all of our brands.

What You’ll Do

•    Design & Build Emails that speak to cannabis consumers: Create visually engaging, mobile-friendly email templates in Klaviyo (or similar ESPs) that match each brand’s identity.

•    Copywriting for Conversions: Write compelling subject lines, body copy, and CTAs optimized for open rates and sales.

•    Flows & Funnels: Develop automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, loyalty, etc.) and optimize them for revenue growth.

•    Segmentation: Use customer behavior, demographics, and preferences to build targeted lists that maximize engagement and deliverability.

•    Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with marketing leadership to plan promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

•    Testing & Optimization: Run A/B tests on subject lines, design, copy, and timing to continuously improve performance.

•    Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue per email) and provide actionable insights.

•    Culture Alignment: Speak authentically to cannabis consumers — you’re familiar with the language, culture, and products so messaging resonates.

What We’re Looking For

•    3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESP).

•    A personal familiarity with cannabis culture and/or experience in cannabis/hemp industry

•    Strong design skills (basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus).

•    Proven copywriting ability for e-commerce with a focus on sales and customer retention.

•    Deep understanding of funnels, customer journeys, segmentation, and deliverability best practices.

•    Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with metrics and testing.

•    Highly collaborative — able to work closely with internal marketing leaders on strategy.
