Marketing Research and Insight Specialist

This is a high-impact role within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity
• Track announcements, product launches, and partnerships across the insurance, reinsurance, and MGA space
• Partner with subject matter experts to create original content including briefs, articles, and white papers
• Support SEO alignment and assist with campaign and collateral development for business development initiatives
• Translate research into digestible insights for leadership, marketing, and sales teams
• Maintain segmentation and data quality within HubSpot (or similar CRM platform)
• Create and maintain dashboards that blend CRM and research data to uncover market and pipeline trends
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure findings are translated into action

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics
• 3+ years in competitive research, market intelligence, or insight-driven marketing
• S&P, Google Analytics, CRM experience (preferably HubSpot) and basic dashboard/reporting skills
