Bay Leaf Digital is a top SaaS marketing agency in the United States. We are looking for a marketing analyst to join our team to help with tasks such as CRM management (HubSpot), WordPress maintenance, and data analysis using Excel.
Core requirements are below:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Certified or experienced in HubSpot Inbound Marketing
- Experienced in using WordPress or similar CMS
Responsibilities:
- Build website pages in WordPress and other website builders
- Make changes to website by following direction of marketing manager
- Optimize website for SEO under direction of marketing manager
- Manage and build workflows, email templates, and marketing campaigns in HubSpot
- Manage contacts in HubSpot CRM
- Use Excel to analyze data and provide results to marketing manager
- Build marketing campaigns on various ad platforms under direction of marketing manager
- Use AI tools to create marketing process automations

Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
- 3+ years of marketing experience delivering substantial value
- Skilled in one or more of the following: paid social (LinkedIn/Meta), HubSpot Marketing Pro, Office 365 (advanced), SEO, WordPress, email marketing, data analysis
- Proven ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment (we will test for this skill)
- Strong attention to detail (we will test for this skill)
- Ability to work 100% remotely - requires reliable internet access and a quiet work area
