We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join the BattlBox team and help us scale our mission of delivering badass outdoor and survival gear to the hands of everyday adventurers. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing engine, supporting high-impact campaigns across email, SMS, web, and social. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, and has a knack for balancing creative execution with performance data. Key Responsibilities
Email & SMS Marketing
Build, schedule, and manage weekly and promotional campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring segmentation, personalization, and deliverability best practices
Monitor campaign performance and use insights to continually iterate on subject lines, send times, and messaging
Own automated flows and regularly test for improvements
Work with creative team to brief or build email assets in Canva/Photoshop and ensure mobile-friendly formatting
Website Optimization & Design
Assist in updating landing pages, product detail pages, and homepage content in Shopify
Collaborate on building seasonal or campaign-based landing pages
QA site updates to ensure mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and optimal user experience
Use performance data and behavior to identify areas for conversion rate improvement
Partner with the creative and dev teams to test page layouts, copy, and content blocks that drive engagement and improve key metrics
