✅ Who are you?

🎓 Education:

University degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

🌍 Languages:

Fluent in English (additional EMEA languages are a plus).
You are located in the European Union.

💼 Experience and Skills:

Must have of 5-8 years of experience in marketing or product management and this within the HVAC or building technology industry.
You have worked on an international HQ level. You have experience with defining global product strategies and has helped your team for their local implementation of it.
Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational skills.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with a track record of achieving commercial goals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
