Talent Manager (Influencer Marketing)

At Basher Agency, we design acquisition campaigns for betting and entertainment brands, working with influencers, streamers, and content creators on Twitch, YouTube, and other platforms. We take brands and talents to the next level in local, regional, and global markets—always with innovation and a results-driven approach.

We are now looking for our next Talent Manager (Influencer Marketing) in South Africa 👾 🇿🇦

A professional who will become the strategic bridge between creators, brands, and our internal teams.

👉 Important: This is an Influencer Marketing role, not a Human Resources position. It does not involve internal employee management.

What will you do in this roles?

• Scout, represent, and manage influencers, streamers, and content creators.
• Negotiate, represent, and strengthen each talent’s profile to maximize their impact in local, regional, and international marketing campaigns.
• Build strategic partnerships between talents and brands, designing memorable engagement experiences and activations.
• Oversee contracts, KPIs, and the operational cycle of each campaign.
• Guide junior team members and collaborate closely with areas such as Business Development and Marketing.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in influencer/talent/streamer management (ideally from the gambling, gaming, or entertainment industries).
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and building long-term relationships.
• Deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem and the creator economy.
• Adaptability to thrive in fast-changing, dynamic environments.
