Description:

A growing healthcare marketing agency is looking for an experienced Market Access Consultant to support the development and execution of market access (MA) and patient support services (PSS) strategies for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, delivering innovative marketing solutions for a range of healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead in the development and execution of comprehensive market access strategies, targeting key stakeholders like payers, hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), office practice managers, and specialty pharmacies
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support market access brand planning
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as payer value propositions, pre-approval information exchange (PIE) decks, brochures, and patient support collateral
• Support the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process for all materials
• Work closely with colleagues to share insights and ensure successful project execution

The correct candidate MUST have experience in the following:

• 2/3+ years of experience in market access marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Experience developing payer value propositions, pre-approval information exchange (PIE) decks, brochures, and patient support collateral
• Ability to communicate complex market access and clinical concepts in a clear and compelling manner
• Experience with market research, data analysis, and developing marketing collateral
• Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (PharmD preferred)
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and internal events
