Description:

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our Video Business Unit and help shape the future of our suite of video products. In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design user-centric experiences that drive engagement, simplify workflows, and scale across our growing platform. You will be responsible for leading design initiatives across the full product development lifecycle from early discovery through detailed execution and post-launch iteration. This position reports directly to the VP of Product.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end product design process, from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
  • Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive and scalable product experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Create design deliverables including user flows, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices across the organization.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to incorporate customer feedback loops into the product development process.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging design patterns, and competitive products to inform product innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of professional product design experience, ideally within SaaS, B2B, or content/video technology environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered product design, system thinking, and UI/UX expertise across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating within agile product development teams.
  • Strong understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working on video, webinar, or content creation platforms is a plus but not required.
  • Passion for creating simple, elegant, and highly usable digital products.
