We're looking for a talented and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the marketing efforts in the health and beauty sector. You'll be responsible for creating high-converting content, managing ad campaigns, and overseeing the online presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Working closely with the founder, you'll play a crucial role in a pivotal growth phase for the brand.
Part-time: ~20 hours/week (with potential to scale to full-time)
Remote: Fully remote, UK working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $600+ (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and create 2–4 high-quality social media posts per week, including static graphics, video reels, stories, and carousel posts
- Create short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram using raw footage or brand assets, all while maintaining a consistent visual style and brand tone
- Develop and implement a content calendar based on product launches and marketing goals
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content for engagement and conversions
- Strategically plan and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns focused on conversions and sales growth
- Work with the founder to test and iterate ad creatives and targeting strategies to ensure ROI-positive campaigns
- Align on goals and priorities with the founder, providing regular updates and insights on content and campaign performance
Who You Are:
- With 3+ years of strong experience in social media management and content creation, preferably for e-commerce or health & beauty brands
- Proven experience running Meta ad campaigns with measurable success. Experience with TikTok or Google Ads is a plus
- Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends, tools, and best practices
- Can edit content (images, video) using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or InShot
- Has the the ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with TikTok Shop or Shopify, familiarity with male beauty/care products, and a background in organic growth strategies or influencer collaboration are all a plus
