We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager expert who combines strong funnel-building, copywriting, and optimization skills with the structure and reliability of a project manager. You’ll work directly with the founder to conceptualize, build, and optimize marketing funnels, while also dramatically improving internal workflows through automations. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on innovation and independent execution.
Part-time: Minimum of 20 hours per week (can grow to more hours)
Remote: Fully remote, CET working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $950-1300 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing:
Funnel Building & Marketing Execution
Design and implement end-to-end marketing funnels (e.g., Freebie Funnels, Masterclass Funnels), including landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, upsells, and thank-you pages
Write and structure high-converting copy for pages and emails, leveraging AI tools for multilingual adaptation (e.g., German)
Collaborate on marketing and brand concepts, translating ideas into actionable campaigns and funnel assets
Manage integrations and automations between CRMs, email platforms, and funnel tools using software like Make (Integromat)
Continuously analyze funnel performance to suggest and implement improvements to conversion rates and user experience
Project Management
Independently manage your own workload and priorities with an "agency mindset"—structured, self-organized, and deadline-driven
Use Asana (or similar tools) to plan, track, and deliver projects, coordinating timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Create project timelines, estimate effort, and ensure all marketing and automation initiatives stay on track
Contribute to process clarity through clear documentation and updates
