Performance Marketing & Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Analytics Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of high-impact digital campaigns for a fast-growing client in the creative and digital space.

Part time (at least 10 hours a week) which can transition to full-time

Starting Date: ASAP

Monthly Starting Salary: $300-400 (based on a 10-hour workweek)

Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

• Own the performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Lead campaign ideation and create or brief content/design teams for paid media assets
• Script short-form video ad copy when needed
• Execute campaigns directly or oversee freelancers/vendors for implementation
• Report on campaign results and optimize performance in real-time

Analytics & Reporting

• Collaborate with clients to define key success metrics and build tracking dashboards

• Set up and test conversion tracking to ensure data integrity

• Regularly report on campaign performance and extract insights for future growth

• Tools you’ll use include:

• Google Analytics

• Google Search Console

• Semrush

• Meta Business Manager

• Google Ads Manager

• TikTok Ads Manager

• LinkedIn Ads Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with paid media strategy and campaign execution
• Proven ability to manage analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking
• Deep understanding of ad platform algorithms and audience targeting
• Strong skills in data interpretation and ROI-driven thinking
• Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and reporting directly to senior stakeholders
• Experience briefing creative teams and working with video scripts is a bonus
