We’re helping a growth-focused marketing agency find a Growth Marketing Manager to own and evolve their entire performance marketing function. You’ll design and deliver scalable, ROI-driven campaigns for startups, Healthtech, Fintech, HR tech, Climatech, and other purpose-driven brands across the UK, US, and Europe.
Part-Time: ~10–20 hours/week (with potential to scale)
Schedule: UK hours with some US overlap
Location: Fully Remote (PH & SA candidates welcome)
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Monthly rate: Open, depending on level of experience
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage end-to-end campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Design and implement reporting frameworks and ROI dashboards for each client
- Own monthly and quarterly performance planning aligned with client growth strategies
- Translate data and insights into executive-level recommendations for clients
- Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to guide ad creative and copy
- Oversee market research for new clients (delegating and quality-checking when needed)
- Support the sales process by contributing to pricing and scope for new retainers
- Leave behind scalable systems and processes to grow the performance marketing function
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of performance marketing experience in an agency or startup environment
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of CAC, CPL, ROI, and attribution metrics
- Proficiency in reporting dashboards and translating data into actionable insights
- Track record of driving measurable revenue growth for clients
- Ability to own a function, build scalable workflows, and work autonomously
- Collaborative mindset and clear communication across teams
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience mentoring or leading a performance marketing team
- Familiarity with landing page optimization or no-code tools (Webflow, Framer)
- Background in SaaS, climate, or healthtech campaigns
- Copywriting or ad creative strategy skills
