THE ROLE:
Associate Directors serve as the client-facing leader of our agency to our existing clients. This role will be ultimately responsible for revenue retention for owned accounts, and serve as part-time Growth/User Acquisition Lead of a few high-value clients.
Associate Directors are also responsible for ensuring our Growth Marketing Managers and Associates are continually hitting client and agency growth objectives.
Be ready and excited to partner with a lot of internal and external stakeholders (internal teams, client stakeholders, and the other partners our clients work with) to ensure that each of our engagements are long-term successful for us and our clients.
CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages channels at scale; is able to run multiple campaign types, has thorough knowledge of platform capabilities for different types of clients (ie. eComm, App, SAAS, Lead Gen), and is able to suggest optimizations to efficiently grow client programs
Understands and forecasts the impact of cross channel trends; can take cross-channel learnings and turn into direct strategy for client teams.
Manages a cross functional team while consistently meeting client business goals.
Leads cross-functional and full funnel strategies that positively impact Client's paid media program goals
Conducts competitive analysis and flags threats & opportunities to client to improve their overall paid media program.
Serves as the senior-most member on a client; owns incrementality testing frameworks, MTA conversations, full funnel creative strategy, and informs cross channel initiatives.
Builds and executes against strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, support team growth etc.
Establishes strong positive relationships with senior level client staff across all accounts
Owns spend projections and proactively flags expansion opportunities, as well as any churn signals, across assigned accounts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years working in direct-response focused paid media channels including YouTube, UAC, ASA, Google Search, Facebook, Tiktok and Snapchat.
Demonstrated expertise in both paid search and paid social
A track record of positively influencing revenue expansion and retention on key accounts or enterprise accounts.
Experience managing senior client stakeholders.
Advanced written and client presentation communication skills.
Ability to foster strong relationships and collaboration with cross functional teams
Experience managing individuals or small teams
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
