As our contractual Engagement Marketing Analyst, SMRM, you'll be the voice of our brand across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest, creating content, engaging with communities in real time, and assisting with reputation management. You’ll learn from our SMRM lead while crafting Canva visuals, spotting trends, and responding to reviews. Perfect if you have social media management experience, enjoy hands-on creation, and can support during busy periods. This is a 6-month contract with remote flexibility based in Metro Manila, with potential to extend.
What you'll be doing:
Overall Engagement Marketing Execution
Assists in monitoring the brand’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok) and campaigns.
Creates copy and assets for the social media calendar.
Monitors social media & influencer campaigns and flags issues that may come up.
Engages with audience and community members via comments and direct messages.
Assists in the brand and products’ online reputation.
Moderates and solicits reviews on sites such as Trustpilot and Power Reviews.
Updates Customer Review file for cross-functional teams.
Assists Influencer Marketing initiatives and activities.
Monitors on-going campaigns and flags issues that may come up.
Replies to unsolicited influencers.
Conducts initial outreach to influencers.
Updates trackers and analytics data on social platforms.
Monitors and keeps up with marketing and competitor trends, topics, articles, and news to be shared as learnings within the team or to the brand’s social communities.
Helps in managing all our SM channels and review sites.
Documents processes, strategies, and campaigns for internal and external reference.
Delivers high-quality results on projects of low complexity; output meets and/or exceeds established timelines
Email Marketing Execution & Analysis
Assists in the development and management of email marketing initiatives.
Helps manage and execute email campaigns.
Update creative briefs for asset requests and monitor JIRA tickets.
Conducts email proofing to check all email campaigns and flows are precise and flawless prior to deployment.
Assists in performance tracking and reporting for stakeholders on a weekly basis.
Assists in launching email campaigns and influencer vetting
Other Duties and Responsibilities
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related fields.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Engagement Marketing channels such as Social Media, Content, Influencer, or Email List.
Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience in Marketing is not required but is definitely a plus.
Our must-haves:
Location: The Engagement Marketing Analyst, SMRM (Contract) position is a remote contractual position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only.
Note: An online assessment will also be part of the recruitment process.
Status: This is a contractual, home-based job that requires a scheduled eight (8) hours of full-time, dedicated work daily, five days a week. Given the role’s contractual nature, there will be no benefits. Paid overtime may be required. If performance is up to standard, the contract will be effective from September 2025 to January 31, 2026. Note that the contract may be shortened or extended depending on the needs of the business.
Hardware Provision: Company-issued Laptop will not be provided.
