We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Graphic Designer to create user-centric and aesthetically strong digital experiences. In this role, you will actively contribute to projects by leveraging your creative and technical skills, starting from user research to enhancing user experience at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and business goals.
Design visually appealing covers for games.
Create user-friendly, aesthetic, and brand-aligned interfaces.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
Follow design trends and best practices, applying them to projects.
Ensure timely and high-quality project deliveries.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to improve user journeys.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts at one of Turkey’s leading universities is a mandatory requirement.
Minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX graphic design. Experience with mobile and web applications is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Figma design tools. Competence in graphic design programs like Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate designs to the development team.
Deep understanding of user experience and interaction design principles, including user journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to better integrate designs with the development team.
Experience in creating responsive designs optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (a11y) for web and mobile design, with the ability to implement these in projects.
Ability to stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and tools in digital design.
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutions for complex problems.
Strong communication skills in both English and Turkish. Ability to clearly and effectively present design ideas and collaborate within a team.
Ability to analyze design problems, develop alternative solutions, and implement them effectively.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs and feedback.
A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX graphic designs and user-focused projects. Having projects from the iGaming sector is a significant advantage 🙂
