We’re looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our client — a well-established outsourcing company in Cluj-Napoca with nearly two decades of experience delivering impactful, high-quality tech solutions.

They’re passionate about building smart, sustainable, and AI-driven products, collaborating mainly with businesses in Switzerland, as well as in Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK.

The project you’ll join is for a Swiss FinTech company, focused on creating modern, reliable, and secure solutions.

🚀 What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing mission-critical applications in Java
• Strong experience with modern Java versions and frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Security)
• Proficiency with Docker, API design (OpenAPI, REST), Git, and Jenkins
• A proactive mindset, team spirit, and enthusiasm for building great software
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have (but not required):

• Experience with front-end technologies, preferably with Angular
• Experience with Unit and Integration Testing
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (OpenShift, Helm charts)
• Skills in software planning and architecture
• Experience working in small Scrum teams
