Role Description
BABSEACLE is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Pro-Rights Leadership Program Director working on the Strengthening Pro-Rights Leadership in Asia initiative.
The initiative connects leaders from civil society, legal communities, academia, technology, and public policy to explore new ideas and partnerships that advance justice, inclusive governance, and rights-respecting societies across the Asia-Pacific region.
This is a remote role, with occasional travel, ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating complex work, supporting international collaboration, and helping mission-driven teams operate effectively
Key Responsibilities
• Manage schedules, calendars, and meeting coordination
• Support communications with regional and global partners
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
• Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries
• Assist with program coordination and activity tracking
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Excellent written and spoken English
✔ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
✔ Ability to work effectively in a remote, international environment
Experience supporting international programs, justice sector initiatives, or civil society collaborations is an advantage.
