Responsibilities

We are looking for a "ninja" Paid Marketing Specialist to create, manage and optimize paid lead generation campaigns while handling marketing operations through GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Launch and optimize META Ads campaigns
• Create and test ad creatives
• Manage campaign budgets and performance
• Ensure leads flow correctly through GoHighLevel
• Create sms/email and campaign automations in highlevel
• Implement and connect AI tools to the lead generation and appointment booking workflow
• Follow up with clients regarding campaign performance

Qualifications

• +3 years Experience running META Ads campaigns
• Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
• Proven top performance in lead generation campaigns for B2C and B2B
• Experience using AI tools to automate his work
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results
• Comfortable managing budgets and scaling campaigns
• Strong communication skills for client interaction
• Proficient in English
