Our client is launching this September an innovative subscription-based corporate wellbeing solution designed to improve employee health, energy and performance through functional nutrition. Backed by experienced entrepreneurs with a proven track record of building successful businesses, the company combines premium nutrition products with tailored wellbeing programmes for organisations across Spain and Portugal.

As the first marketing hire, you’ll have the unique opportunity to create the marketing function from scratch, define the brand strategy and become a key player in the company’s long-term growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, creating and making a tangible impact in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the overall marketing strategy, ensuring a clear and differentiated brand positioning
• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for product launches in Spain and future international markets
• Build a premium and consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint
• Lead the creative direction of packaging, subscription boxes, printed materials, welcome kits and all customer-facing assets
• Coordinate and manage external agencies and creative partners, ensuring quality, consistency and strategic alignment
• Develop educational content that builds trust and positions the company as a recognised authority in workplace nutrition and wellbeing
• Create communication strategies tailored to both HR decision makers and end users
• Support commercial growth by working closely with Sales and Customer Success to strengthen customer acquisition and engagement
• Identify new marketing channels, partnership opportunities and brand activation initiatives
• Develop PR initiatives, industry partnerships and relationships with relevant media, associations and opinion leaders
• Monitor marketing performance, analyse key metrics and continuously optimise marketing initiatives
• Gather customer insights and feedback to improve the customer journey, messaging and overall brand experience
• Contribute ideas, challenge existing approaches and help shape the future direction of the business

Core Skills/Experience:

• +6 years of experience in brand marketing, B2B marketing or product marketing
• Previous experience launching new products, brands or marketing initiatives
• Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional partners
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, customer experience and premium positioning
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to be involved in both strategy and execution
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Commercially minded with the ability to connect branding initiatives to business objectives
• Curious, proactive and eager to continuously learn and improve
• High attention to detail with a strong appreciation for design and visual quality
• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
• Previous experience in health, nutrition, wellbeing, HR or related industries would be highly valued
• Experience with HubSpot would be an advantage
• Based in Barcelona and able to work from the office
