Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow all official social media platforms for Parkhotel Cassano Adda.
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective content and campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Drive online lead generation and customer engagement through innovative digital initiatives.
• Create and publish high-quality, brand-consistent content across channels.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital activities support overall business goals.

Candidate Profile:

• 4–5 years of demonstrated experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or service sector.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and online advertising strategies.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to craft engaging content and campaigns.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a track record of delivering measurable results.
