Senior Web3 UI/UX Designer

AztraTech - a global Web3 & emerging tech development company is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team.

We build future-ready products in Web3, FinTech, HealthTech, ClimateTech, and beyond. These include tokenized assets, crypto wallets, scalable SaaS dashboards, and mobile applications. You’ll work on diverse products across multiple industries, collaborating with PMs, developers, and founders.

What You'll Do

• Lead UI/UX design for Web, mobile, and dashboard-based apps from concept to delivery
• Design wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Ensure usability and consistency across user journeys
• Translate complex product logic into clear, intuitive interfaces
• Collaborate with PMs, frontend developers, and clients directly
• Apply user feedback, analytics, and testing insights to improve design

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (SaaS, Web3, mobile apps)
• Mastery of Figma (components, auto-layouts, prototyping, design systems)
• Strong portfolio of UI/UX projects (landing pages, dashboards, mobile-first apps)
• Solid understanding of user behavior, accessibility, UX writing, and responsive design
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (spoken and written)

Bonus Points

• Experience with Web3 products (wallets, dApps, crypto exchanges)
• Ability to create lightweight animations (Lottie, After Effects, Framer Motion)
• Understanding of design handoff for frontend devs
