UI/UX Designer

Job Purpose:

Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with business goals and enhance overall product usability, accessibility, and engagement.

Who you are:

• 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI Design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
• Experience creating user personas, journey maps, and identifying user pain points.
• Well-versed in Information Architecture, including sitemaps, navigation flows, and content structuring.
• Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, layout systems, and iconography.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and style guides.
• Good understanding of Interaction Design, micro interactions, animations, and responsive behavior.
• Conducts usability testing and translates insights into actionable design improvements.
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
