Lead Product Manager

Salary: $2500 - $3500

Full Time - Working remotely

5 days per week/ 8 hours per day

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Lead Product Manager at Azasend to lead the Product Manager team, shape product strategy, and ensure successful execution. This role requires strong leadership, decisive decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful, customer-focused solutions. You will oversee the entire product management function within the company.

Responsibilities:

Business Understanding & Product Strategy:

• Leverage strong business acumen and data insights to make decisions that drive business growth, align with business goals.
• Conduct research to deeply understand products, user needs, and market dynamics, and use these insights to develop effective product strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Product development & Management:

• Manage the product development lifecycle, from idea conception to launching improvements that enhance user experience.
• Oversee roadmaps and budgets to ensure efficient, timely product delivery while continuously tracking performance to proactively identify and address risks.
• Skilled in UX/UI, helping design easy-to-use and visually appealing interfaces for a great user experience.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, marketing, customer support,...
• Communicate product strategy, progress and updates clearly to all stakeholders.

Team Coordination:

• Lead and motivate Product Manager team to achieve KPI.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability within the PM team, while facilitating meetings to discuss product updates and resolve challenges.
• Support and training PM team members when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Expertise in various product management methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Ability to manage multiple products concurrently.
• Proven ability to oversee and manage complex product/account portfolios.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex products.
• Preferred (but not required): PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
