As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you’ll take provided wireframes and turn them into polished, on-brand interfaces. You’ll work primarily in Figma—creating responsive layouts, component libraries, icons, and basic animations. You’ll execute design tasks under guidance, helping our digital wellness platform look and feel professional and user-friendly.
Convert Wireframes into High-Fidelity Designs
Use Figma to translate low-fidelity wireframes (delivered by the product team) into clean, visually consistent screens for web and mobile.
Apply responsive breakpoints: ensure layouts adapt smoothly from desktop to tablet and mobile.
Maintain & Expand Design System
Build and update core components (buttons, forms, cards, icons, typography styles) within Figma’s shared library.
Keep naming conventions, color tokens, and spacing rules consistent—helping the team scale design quickly.
Icon Creation & Asset Production
Design simple, flat-style icons or illustrations as needed—matching Cento Care’s clean, minimal aesthetic.
Export and hand off PNG/SVG assets (optimized for web) with correct naming and the required resolution.
Basic Motion & Lottie Animations (Optional)
If comfortable, create lightweight micro-animations or Lottie files (using After Effects + Bodymovin or similar) to enhance user feedback (e.g., button hover states, loading indicators).
Collaborate with devs to ensure animation assets integrate smoothly into the product.
Advanced Figma Skills
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Figma—proficient with auto-layout, constraints, component variants, and responsive design features.
Experienced in building and maintaining a Figma design system or component library.
Portfolio of Clean, Modern Interfaces
Basic Animation/Lottie (Bonus)
Familiarity with After Effects and Bodymovin (or similar) to create lightweight Lottie animations.
If you haven’t done Lottie before, having examples of micro-interactions or GIF animations is a plus.
Attention to Detail & Organization
Meticulous about spacing, typography, and color consistency.
Comfortable organizing Figma files and naming layers, components, and pages logically.
Remote Work Ethic
Reliable internet and a dedicated home-office setup.
Able to manage ~10 hours/week, track your time, and submit a simple weekly timesheet.
