We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our FX Business Intelligence & Data team. You will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the data-driven strategy for the FX business, ensuring data becomes a true asset for revenue growth, client engagement, and operational excellence.

🎯 Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Define and execute the FX Data Strategy & Roadmap, using data to create new business opportunities and elevate client service.

✅ Gather business requirements and translate them into data and BI solutions, working closely with both senior stakeholders and technical teams.

✅ Support data architecture and governance, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and traceability across eFX platforms.

✅ Contribute to margin automation models, leveraging trading activity and historical patterns.

✅ Lead the delivery of advanced BI dashboards and analytics, giving Sales actionable insights on client behavior, profitability, and cross-selling.

✅ Drive change management and adoption of BI tools across Sales and Trading teams, promoting a strong data-driven culture.

📋 What we’re looking for

• 6–15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data or BI roles within financial markets (FX/e-trading preferred).

• Strong skills in SQL and data modeling; familiarity with Python/R for analytics.

• Practical expertise with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).

• Sound understanding of FX trading, client pricing, and margin management.

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially at senior level.

• Fluent in English (additional European languages welcome).
