🎯 What We’re Hiring

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong data engineering fundamentals and a product-oriented mindset. This role sits within the Data Platform Engineering Team, reporting to the CTO and collaborating closely with Developers, product and data partners.

We are hiring for the foundation of this team, a demanding startup lifestyle to be rewarded with equity and a substantial base salary. You may be asked to be on call.

We are not looking for a pure data scientist or data engineer. A hybrid, senior software engineer with data experience and solid experience with PySpark.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build high-performance data systems, APIs, and ETL pipelines.
• Own features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.
• Work on PySpark-based systems (experience with Beam, Flink, or Kafka Streams also valued).
• Shape the roadmap for scalable, reliable data architecture.

Ideal Background:

• 6+ years’ experience in software engineering
• Strong data fundamentals. Atleast 3 years working with data tech and tooling
• Hands- on coding of data systems such as infrastructure, APIs, and ETL
• Hands-on experience with PySpark or similar distributed data frameworks.
• Exposure to blockchain, DeFi, or financial data platforms (nice to have).
• Strong coding practices, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.
