Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing – RWA Exchange

Axiom is hiring a Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing for a pioneering digital asset platform operating at the intersection of AI and blockchain. The role will take ownership of the global marketing strategy ahead of a major token launch and platform rollout.

What We Are Hiring

The Marketing Lead will oversee the global marketing strategy, helping grow awareness and community as the platform approaches a major launch.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own and lead VC and institutional partnership marketing. Acting as the primary bridge between the platform and its investor ecosystem, co-creating go-to-market narratives, coordinating co-marketing with lead VCs, and leveraging portfolio networks to accelerate growth and credibility.
• Lead the overall marketing strategy for the platform and token ecosystem.
• Grow and engage the community across key Web3 channels.
• Plan and execute campaigns ahead of the token launch.
• Manage influencers, KOLs, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Drive user acquisition and optimise marketing performance.

The ideal background includes:

• Demonstrated track record of working directly with VC partners — including co-marketing initiatives, investor-led amplification, and building relationships across venture and institutional networks in Web3 (MUST HAVE).
• Proven experience marketing crypto products or token ecosystems.
• Hands-on involvement in token launches or TGE campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of crypto-native growth channels and community building.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.

Nice to have:

• Experienced in marketing crypto exchanges and token launches.
• Well-connected across crypto communities, influencers, and KOLs.
• Familiar with DeFi, launchpads, and tokenised asset ecosystems.
