Head of Marketing

Axiom is looking for a Head of Marketing to join a pioneering Web3 company known for its innovative technology and outstanding team culture.

This role will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in bringing innovative products to market.

What You'll Do

• Create and run a marketing strategy to grow the user base and boost visibility.
• Shape and communicate the brand story and value to the market.
• Plan and execute product marketing, including new feature launches.
• Manage social media and community channels for consistent messaging and engagement.
• Track results, improve campaigns, lead the marketing team, and stay updated on Web3 trends.

Who You Are

• 8+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in Web3/crypto startups or fast-paced environments.
• Proactive self-starter, adaptable to high-growth, evolving settings.
• Results-driven, with strong accountability and ownership.
• Deep expertise in crypto/Web3, understanding success factors.
• Thrives in dynamic environments, delivering impact in fast-moving industries.
